Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Deposits We're a small business dedicated to creating a fun and creative experience for all our guests, big and small! 😊 No-shows have a big impact on us, so if you need to cancel or change your booking, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance—we’d really appreciate it! Deposits Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of your experience. Pottery Your pottery will be ready for collection within 1 month of painting. If you prefer, we can also arrange delivery for a small extra cost. We take great care when glazing and firing your masterpiece, but sometimes, bisques can crack or break during the process—this is unfortunately out of our control. If this happens, we’ll reach out to let you know. We’ll keep hold of your finished piece for 3 months, so be sure to collect it before then. After that, we’ll have to say goodbye to it! Pottery Pals Not everyone has to paint, but if you're joining a booking as a Pottery Pal, please reserve a Pottery Pal spot for just £1.00. This amount can be used toward any food or drink purchased during your visit. If you choose not to make a purchase, the fee is non-refundable—but rest assured, it supports our experiential learning programs for charities, home education groups, and youth organizations like Scouts. Thank you for helping us make creativity accessible to all! Gift Vouchers We love helping you share the joy of pottery painting! Our gift vouchers are valid for 6 months. However, for vouchers purchased from October onwards, the expiry will be 3 months. Please note that gift vouchers are non-refundable, but we’re sure they’ll be put to good use for a fun and creative experience! If you have any questions, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help!
